Dr. Kathleen Arnold
Dr. Kathleen Arnold purchased Nelson Healing Center from her predecessor Dr. Melissa Nelson (pictured above), and transitioned the business to her own, renaming it Door County Healing Center in 2017.
She attended Eastern Michigan University where she studied dietetics and went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa in 2011. Her primary clinical focus is on women’s health, but serves a wide variety of patients. She is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, licensed in clinical nutrition through the state of Wisconsin, has certification in the Webster’s Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association and has formal training and experience as a birth and labor doula.
Dr. Arnold utilizes an integrative model of chiropractic care and clinical nutrition that is uniquely tailored to each case. She has a deep passion for using education to help propel healthy changes in her patients.
Dr. Arnold resides in Sturgeon Bay with her husband and four children. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, holding babies, running, and dark chocolate.
