Happy Spring! Not only is it time to start preparing our gardens and planting our seeds for our new year, it’s also time to detoxify our bodies.

Spring Cleaning Just Ahead Green Road Sign and Clouds

Spring cleaning takes on an even greater and more beneficial meaning …when you consider it on a cellular level.
Here at the Nelson Healing Center, we have medically supervised detoxification programs that cleanse your whole body and help return you to vibrant health. With our new Erchonia Cold Laser therapy we are able to clear most food and environmental allergies in one treatment. This treatment stops the inflammatory immune response in the gut and mucus membranes, allowing for deep healing.

Consider the Cause…

Are you feeling achy in the joints, irritable, fatigue, brain fog, depression or facing that winter weight gain? Usually this can be tied to the foods we eat as well as the chemicals that accumulate in our bodies day after day. Each year, more than 4 billion pounds of toxic chemicals are released into the environment, which can accumulate in the body and impact your overall health.

Hidden food allergies and food sensitivities can trigger cravings, cause toxicity and inflammation. Many of the symptoms associated with food allergies, such as headaches, sleep problems, lack of concentration and anxiety can increase stress and cravings.

One of the things that might surprise you about hidden food allergies is that the foods you are allergic to are often the ones you crave the most. It seems counterintuitive, but it’s true! So, if you have a sensitivity to chocolate, that may be part of the explanation for why you crave it. A sensitivity to gluten could make you crave bread, muffins, and other baked goods.

It is always well worth the effort to take preventative action in getting a spinal “tune up.” Taking up a detoxification program is much like “changing your oil,” in order to maintain your body/mind/metabolism through natural chiropractic wellness care.

I wish you all a very blessed Easter.

To Your Good Health!
