We will discuss the physiological effects of the breath, learn new calming breathing practices and discover some tools that will bring you back into balance, presence, and peace. With a greater sense of kindness and compassion expressed first to ourselves and then shared with others, this is a free gift I’d like to provide to my friends, patients and to all members of our Door community.
